terms of service

⦿ By commissioning me, you are accepting the terms and conditions stated here.⦿ The finished artwork is for the commissioner's use only. Do not use / repost /edit unless you are the commissioner.⦿ The artwork's visual copyright stays with me and may be used as future samples and posted on my socials / portfolio.⦿ The artwork received may NOT be tokenized by any third party application nor sold as NFT / Cryptoart or used for any AI training.⦿ Completing a batch will usually take from 1 week up to 2 or 3 months to finish, this depends on the difficulty of the artwork. Your patience is greatly appreciated! ♡⦿ The queue is not first come first serve. It will depend on the complexity of the order.

payment

⦿ Half payment is required upfront and you will give the other half when the work is finished.⦿ Additional charges may be required for complex orders. (ex: armored characters, complex designs, pets / creatures, background requests.) These are not included on the base price of the commissions and may be requested during the sketch phase.⦿ All prices are in USD, and can be paid through Paypal invoice, Stripe, Payoneer, Oxxo or direct transfer.⦿ Refunds are allowed only until the sketch phase. No refunds once the commission is finished.

communication & revisions

⦿ All contact & inquiry regarding commissions are only through email or discord.⦿ Please be patient as responses may be slow until I start working on your commission order.⦿ A link to my worksheet will be provided so you can track the status of your commission. (This is a work in progress, again thanks for your patience.)⦿ Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase, and minor color changes during the clean up stage. Please consider that the revisions will affect the final delivery time.⦿ Please don't hesitate to voice out any concerns and/or changes during the process! It will better allow me to give you the commission you are envisioning!

⦿ Thumbnail sketch: a very rough sketch of the commission idea, character poses etc. (Major changes allowed.)⦿ Detailed sketch: after approving the thumbnail, characters details will be added to the cleaned version of the artwork.⦿ Lineart and Flat Colors: inking and adding base colors to your order. (Minor color changes allowed.)⦿ Final Rendering: Shading and final touches. (No changes allowed.)
